In what could be said to be a rather unusual piece of (edible) artwork – It consists of an entire hotel room made out of chocolate, and the centre piece is Karl’s take on a young French model. The thinking behind the sculpture was a collaboration with the Magnum ice cream bar, perhaps the biggest irony for Karl was that he is unable to eat chocolate due to him having an intolerance to foods with a high sugar content. However Karl says he is able to ‘eat with his nose’
